We are very excited that Jonnie & Shanelle, our son-in-law and daughter, are coming to Panama for nine days, on Wednesday 30th January, to help us fix up the house and move our household goods on Friday or Saturday. This past week we have been getting security bars put on the windows and doors, two gates made and hung, and scrubbing walls for painting. We have put many bats and cockroaches out of their home this past week as well! Yesterday, Juan from the church fixed lights and changed broken switches. On Monday we would like to plaster some unfinished walls and seal up the holes where the bats are coming in.
Please pray for Jonnie & Shanelle, that they would have good flights and that they would be encouraged through this trip. For safety as we travel to Panama City to pick them up and for safety as we work around the house. We have had some good talks already with our landlady and her son’s family. Pray that they might be open to studying the Bible with us in the future.
